Cloud Atlas

I’ve been looking forward to this movie more than any other this year as I’m a massive Wachowski Brothers fan and this is their first movie since Speed Racer which was four years ago. Also directing is Tom Tykwer who made Run Lola Run :)

I shouldn’t really call them brothers since Larry’s sex change and is now called Lana Wachowski. Their movie the Matrix is my all time favourite movie which I have three copies of on DVD and watched close to over 100 times probebly. It’s had a massive influence on me and made me want to study film production even though now I’m an Illustrator. The Matrix sequels I could forget about although I don’t hate them too much, just a let down. Speed Racer is a brilliant movie and is totally underrated and was snobbed by middle age critics who can’t think like a child. I love their low budget thriller Bound which they made before the Matrix and is probably most famous for it’s style and the lesbian sex scene.

Here’s hoping its as good as the trailer.
